In the green petrochemical materials sector, Zhejiang Yisu, a subsidiary of the company, has initially completed the first phase of its project with an annual production capacity of 1 million tons of polystyrene (PS) and is steadily progressing with the implementation of the second phase. Once the project is fully completed, it will become the world's largest monomer production factory for polystyrene. Meanwhile, Jiangsu Guoheng, another subsidiary, has an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of polypropylene (PP) resin, which has already commenced production with steadily increasing sales volume. The establishment of Rizhao Gon Chemical further enhances the integrated advantages of upstream and downstream operations, improves product market competitiveness, and lays a solid foundation for building a spatial pattern for the large-scale and fine chemical industry. Currently, Rizhao Gon Chemical has an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons of expandable polystyrene (EPS) and plans to further expand its capacity in the future.



Organic Polymer Modified Materials
In the organic polymer modified materials sector, the Company has upgraded from single modified plastics to a variety of new chemical materials, with the product structure continuously extending towards high-end and high-value-added directions. The main areas covered include modified materials for household appliances and automobiles, new energy industry materials, degradable materials, optoelectronic materials, and sports and health materials. With excellent product performance, stable product quality, and high-quality service, the Company has established long-term strategic partnerships with several large domestic enterprises in fields such as household appliances, automobiles, new energy batteries, electric/garden tools, communication equipment, building materials, and liquid crystal displays.



Organic Polymer Composite Materials
In the organic polymer composite materials sector, the Company has extensive experience in developing various composite materials. By integrating advanced composite material technologies, utilizing diversified resin solutions, and employing multiple fiber reinforcement techniques, the Company has gradually established various manufacturing processes such as SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) molding, HP-RTM (High-Pressure Resin Transfer Molding), and carbon fiber molding. The Company has successfully developed lightweight, high-strength, and highly flame-retardant new energy battery box covers and charging systems. It provides customers with diverse composite material products and comprehensive batch manufacturing solutions, exploring diversified applications in multiple fields. The Company focuses on the new energy vehicle industry chain, achieving continuous breakthroughs in areas such as new energy composite material ultra-thin (HP-RTM) battery packs, new energy vehicle charging piles, passenger car battery boxes, 5G smart complexes, new energy power, and rail transportation.



Biodegradable Materials
The Company has achieved significant technological breakthroughs in the field of biodegradable modified materials. It has successfully developed various biodegradable modified materials, including PLA, PBAT, PHB, PBS, and thermoplastic starch plastics. These materials exhibit excellent performance in enhanced strength, temperature resistance, alloy properties, and biocompatibility modification applications. They are widely applicable in market directions such as biodegradable packaging bags, shopping bags, disposable tableware and containers, hot and cold beverage straws, and film products. Our products meet the full biodegradability testing requirements of EU EN13432 and US ASTM D6400 standards, as well as the food contact material testing requirements of the Chinese national standard GB31604.


Light-emitting materials
The subsidiary, Guoqi Optoelectronics, specializes in the development, production, and sales of optical-grade light guide plates, diffusion plates, film materials, optical module design, and complete products. The products are mainly used in LCD displays for computers, televisions, mobile phones, automotive displays, commercial displays, and civilian lighting. The company independently developed microstructure diffusion plate technology and achieved mass production. Additionally, it has developed and produced a series of products, including high-brightness high-shielding diffusion plates, high-temperature resistant MS diffusion plates, and three-layer co-extruded foamed diffusion plates. The company has developed and produced over 200 types of optical material products, which have been highly recognized by end customers.



Sports and Health Materials
Our subsidiary, Gon Sports Turf, focuses on providing customers with integrated overall service solutions, including the R&D, design, production, and after-sales maintenance of sports turf, plastic tracks, and supporting fitness equipment. The company is committed to becoming a service provider for smart sports health scenarios. Gon Sports Turf's FIFA grass filaments and turf systems have passed FIFA certification. To date, it has completed plastic track and artificial turf projects for thousands of schools, with an increasing proportion of turf and grass filament products being exported. To meet market demand, the company has added new products such as cooling artificial turf, biodegradable leisure artificial turf, high-wear-resistant artificial turf, and fully recyclable artificial turf. Additionally, the company has fully leveraged sports industry resources, adding sports health facility supporting industries, and is making every effort to build four major smart scenarios: smart sports parks, smart sports venues, smart campuses, and indoor fitness scenarios, contributing to the development of a new ecosystem for national fitness.



Medical Protective Materials
The company's independently developed new high-melt-flow-rate melt-blown polypropylene material has advantages such as low residual peroxide, low volatility, and stable low molecular weight distribution. It has achieved industry-leading performance in polar and antibacterial series products. At the same time, the electrically charged and water-charged melt-blown non-woven material production line developed with proprietary technology can produce low-resistance melt-blown non-woven materials, meeting international standards such as EN149, EN14683, ASTM F2100-2019, and NOISH 42CFRPart84 (N95), and has developed domestically high-end oil-resistant and salt-resistant melt-blown non-woven materials of KF94/FFP2/FFP3 grades with low resistance and long-lasting electret characteristics, with a shelf life of over 3 years, as important protective materials for pandemic prevention. With the domestic situation of pandemic prevention and control gradually stabilizing, masks have become daily protective items. Currently, in addition to being used as mask materials, melt-blown materials have been extended to whole sets of industrial and household filtration systems, including liquid filtration (water filtration, food and beverage filtration, medicine filtration, etc.) and air filtration (air purifiers, fresh air systems, central air conditioning), and are expected to experience rapid growth in the future market.



TOB-end Business - Pharmaceutical Excipients, Medical Collagen
The pharmaceutical excipients business is the core business of the company's TOB side raw materials, with an annual production capacity of 13,500 tons of gelatin, and the scale is at the forefront of the industry. As the core business of TOB side raw materials, the main products include gelatin hollow capsules, enteric gelatin hollow capsules, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose hollow capsules, and Pullulan polysaccharide hollow capsules. Pharmacopoeia II gelatin (plasma gelatin) is mainly used in the field of medical collagen, currently used as injection polygelatin peptide and succinyl gelatin production, but also used in the production of hemostatic sponges, gels, microneedles and other products.



TOB-end Business - Health Products, Nutritional Health Foods, Cosmetics
Gelatin is widely used in candies (including soft candies), dairy products, fried beads, mixed emulsifiers, meat products, baking, mixed emulsifiers, beverages, ice cream, soft capsules and other health care products/nutrition and health food fields; Hollow capsules are widely used in health care products and other fields. Collagen is widely used in functional food, health food (oral liquid, solid beverage, etc.), pet nutrition food (canned wet food), medical beauty (ointment formulation, cosmetics), energy, textile and other industrial applications.
