　　On January 30, the company’s global offering of H-shares (stock abbreviation: Guoen Technology; stock code: 2768.HK) came to a successful conclusion. The market response was exceptionally enthusiastic: the Hong Kong public offering saw a subscription multiple of 1,851.69 times, with total subscription amounts reaching HK$233.3 billion (Tiger Securities). This unprecedented level of investor confidence—amounting to hundreds of billions of dollars—marks the beginning of the company’s journey on the Hong Kong stock exchange and underscores the global investors’ recognition of and confidence in the company’s future growth potential.

　　This offering does not include an over-allotment option (“greenshoe” mechanism), reflecting the company’s full confidence in its fundamental strengths and long-term value. The company’s shares will be directly included in Stock Connect on the first day of listing (February 4, 2026), which will further broaden the investor base, enhance trading activity, and align with the HKEX’s focus on listing high-quality companies.
